Ella Madatyan's innovative perspective and taste for the better things in life can be seen at Papillon Bakery offering everything you would anticipate from an international bakery located in Los Angeles. The delectable, amusing, and joyful menu features reimaginings of traditional pastries that perfectly capture Ella’s innovative perspective. The family-owned bakery was started by her parents in 1996. Ella started working for the family business in 2006 and by 2008, Ella had taken on such a significant role in the company that she became solely in charge of the brand's idea, flavor, and large menu. Ella takes pleasure in the bakery's initial objective to "deliver you every single thing freshly created for your order," which is a highlight for many Southern California towns that Papillon Bakery serves. |
Using her very active Instagram account, she has attracted a large following of women who find themselves in the same difficult bind that had trapped Ella. "There has to be a reason why I went through everything I did," Ella reflects. "Maybe this is it." |
"I want a place where I can have women come in and get the help they need to leave toxic relationships," she says. "I want them to get a second chance at life." To realize that lofty goal, Ella plans to launch a line of clothing to help fund a nonprofit organization for supporting domestic violence victims. "I plan on launching my line this fall online, she says. "The line will be called Battles and Butterflies." Ella has already lined up lawyers and psychologists to give free advice and guidance to women who come to the new center. "It was so hard for me, and still is, "' she says. want women to know they aren't alone." "I don't want my daughter to think it's normal to be treated badly as I was," Ella says. "And I don't want my two sons thinking their mom should put up with abuse." |
